Custom Orders

Thank you so much for asking me to create something special for you, I sincerely appreciate it and I absolutely LOVE bringing your ideas to life!   

All custom orders are completed after your product has been purchased.

To submit a design that you are wanting or to discuss different design options, you can either send a message in the pink chat located at the bottom right of the page OR email me at juliana.shotwell@yahoo.com. 

• There are no additional charges for “Simple” Custom Orders. The Spotted Butterfly reserves the right to charge for any custom designs, but all fees will be discussed before anything is designed or printed.  The Spotted Butterfly does NOT do any licensed, trademarked or copyright designs. This includes many major brands like sports teams, Disney, etc. If you are unsure if your design idea is allowed, please send it to us and we will let you know! The Spotted Butterfly reserves the right to decline any custom design request. If we are unable to complete your design, you will be refunded!!

• Design approval process: Once we have decided on your design, you will receive a sample “mockup”. This is the starting point! We want you to absolutely LOVE your design, so changes are 100% okay! Once you have approved your design, no changes, no refunds or exchanges will be allowed. Please note the color settings on devices can vary, so your actual product may be different in colors from your mockup.
